Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask that you provide as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointment times are reserved exclusively for you, and short-notice cancellations make it difficult for us to offer that time to another patient who may need care.

If an appointment is cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time, a $50 deposit will be required to make a new booking. This deposit will be credited towards your next visit, or forfeited if that appointment is also cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice.

Please note that the 24-hour notice period refers to business hours when the practice is open. If your appointment is on Monday, you will need to contact our reception team by the same time on Friday (e.g. a 9am Monday appointment must be cancelled by 9am Friday).
