Refund and Warranty
Fees are payable at the time of treatment unless alternative arrangements have been agreed with the practice in advance.
Treatment fees are generally non-refundable once treatment has been provided. Deposits and prepayments may be non-refundable where the practice has already incurred costs.
If you do not provide the required notice to cancel your appointment, a deposit will be required to rebook your appointment. If you subsequently do not comply with our cancellation policy, the deposit will be forfeited. For full details, please see our Cancellation Policy.
We stand behind the quality of our dental treatment. If you are unhappy with the treatment or have concerns about the outcome, please contact us as soon as possible so we can determine the best solution for you. We may be able to provide a correction or remake, so it’s best to get in touch before arranging further treatment elsewhere.
Warranty or correction arrangements may vary depending on the type of treatment and the circumstances. Our warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, changes in oral health, or failure to follow recommended care and maintenance instructions, which includes attending for preventative care appointments. Warranty claims may also be excluded where treatment has subsequently been modified, adjusted or treated at another practice and this has caused or contributed to the issue.
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
